Shipping carriers 

We've contracted with DHL and USPS to provide standard, expedited and priority shipping services. Transit times are generally 1- 5 business days after fulfillment unless there are unavoidable delays with the carrier. Express shipping with FedEx and USPS are also available for an additional fee. Your shipping preference can be selected at check out. Please note that transit times may vary and we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Contact our Support team for additional information.

Fulfillment guarantee

We know that waiting for a package is pure agony so we give you our word that your order will be fulfilled within 1-2 business days after your order is placed, or shipping is on us. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email by the third business day after your order is placed, please contact our Support team for additional assistance.
